42 U.S.C. § 274i–4. Definitions

For purposes of this part:

   Organ

   The term “organ” has the meaning given such term in section 121.2 of title 42, Code of Federal Regulations.

   Organ procurement organization

   The term “organ procurement organization” means a qualified organ procurement organization described in section 273(b)(1) of this title.

   Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network

   The term “Organ Procurementand ¹ Transplantation Network” means the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network established under section 274 of this title.
