42 U.S.C. § 299b–4a. Studies on preventive interventions in primary care for older Americans

Studies
The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the United States Preventive Services Task Force, shall conduct a series of studies designed to identify preventive interventions that can be delivered in the primary care setting and that are most valuable to older Americans. - (b)(b)
Mission statement
The mission statement of the United States Preventive Services Task Force is amended to include the evaluation of services that are of particular relevance to older Americans. - (c)(c)
Report
Not later than 1 year after December 21, 2000, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall submit to Congress a report on the conclusions of the studies conducted under subsection (a), together with recommendations for such legislation and administrative actions as the Secretary considers appropriate.
