42 U.S.C. § 300ii–4. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—

1. (1)
   (1)$30,000,000 for fiscal year 2007;
2. (2)
   (2)$40,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;
3. (3)
   (3)$53,330,000 for fiscal year 2009;
4. (4)
   (4)$71,110,000 for fiscal year 2010; and
5. (5)
   (5)$94,810,000 for fiscal year 2011.
